In his last Saturday’s telephone conversation with heads of Rudaki, Hissar, Vakhdat, Faizabad and Tursunzade regions and cities Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon listened to their reports, Tajik President’s press service told the AP.

According to the source, the priority was given to the economic development, including implementation of the State Budget in the first quarter this year, expansion of activity of the country’s industrial enterprises.

The sides have also discussed the process of spring sowing, constructive work, formation of new workplaces and protection of population from potential floods and other disasters.

It has been noted that current weather conditions are favorable for implementation of the spring sowing plan, which was affected by recent frosts.

E.Rahmon ordered to provide emergency committees with related equipment and required materials. Head of state also ordered to ensure round-the-clock operation of industrial enterprises, formation of new capacities and creation of new workplaces.
