On Wednesday Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Tajikistan Umed Davlatzod met with Country Director of the UN WFP Office in Tajikistan Alzira Fereira.

The sides shared their views on current issues and talked about perspectives of mutually beneficial cooperation, press service of Tajik Ministry of Economic Development and Trade told AP.

The sides also discussed implementation of one of vital strategic goals – food security.

Alzira Fereira made a series of concrete suggestions regarding future plans, programs and implementation of joint projects.
