DUSHANBE, June 25, 2012, Asia-Plus – The seventh international craft and fashion festival titled “Diyori Husn” (The Land of Beauty) is being launched at the Tajik Academic Drama Theater named after Abulqosim Lohouti today afternoon, at 5:00 pm.

An official source at the International Association of Craftspeople of Tajikistan “Haft Paikar” says craftspeople from Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and other countries are participating in the festival.

“They have put on display their achievements in carpet weaving, jeweler’s art, souvenir art and related crafts at the fair that will last till June 28,” the source noted.
