DUSHANBE, October 31, 2013, Asia-Plus – The issue of training of personnel for Tajikistan’s energy sector has been discussed at a meeting of Poulod Muhiddinov, Deputy Minister of energy and Industry of Tajikistan with Oleg Kuznetsov, Dean of the Electrical Engineering Institute at Moscow Power Engineering Institute.

According to the Ministry of energy and Industry (MoEI) press center, the sides, in particular, discussed the establishment of the advanced training center for Tajik power engineers in Tajikistan.

Muhiddinov and Kuznetsov also discussed issues related to providing the branch of Moscow Power engineering Institute in Dushanbe with necessary equipment.

Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University) is one of the largest institutions of its kind, and is one of the leading technical universities in the world in the area of power engineering, electronics and IT.  It was created by uniting several faculties of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University and Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.
