DUSHANBE, May 28, 2014, Asia-Plus — On Tuesday May 27, Prime Minister Qohir Rasoulzoda held a meeting to discuss the process of preparation of the country’s economy for autumn-winter 2014-2015.

Subhiddin Muhiddinov, a senior consultant to the president’s press center, says the meeting participants included senior representatives from relevant ministries and agencies.

According to him, a special attention was given to the issues related to preparing the Dushanbe combined heat and power (CHP) plants for winter and ensuring the regular work of the country”s economy during autumn-winter 2014-2015.

“Since Dushanbe-2 CHP plant’s capacity will reach 100 megawatt this summer, the prime minister urged to speed up work on construction of heating mains connecting the Dushanbe-1 and Dushaneb-2 CHP plants,” Muhiddinov said.
