Dushanbe. 2 September. “Asia Plus” — Today in the social network Facebook has appeared a lot of posts that on the Day of Knowledge parents of first-graders were not allowed to attend the solemn meeting and were not let in the schoolyard. In a number of posts were written comments that many came to the solemn line with flowers and the school guards have taken away the bouquets. Many argue that they were pre-warned not to come to school on the first ring with the flowers. And some advised to bring chocolates instead of flowers.

As said the Deputy Chairman of the Department of Education and Science of Dushanbe Sohibnazar Safarov, there was no restriction for parents to enter the school, and also no one gave orders about the flowers.

“I personally attended the solemn meeting at the school №56 in Dushanbe. There were children and flowers, and the parents could easily enter the school grounds. But, I must say, the gifts or sweets for the teachers can categorically be brought in the school”- said Safarov.

Today, in all schools of Tajikistan rang the first school bell, marking the beginning of the new academic year. In general, Tajikistan has 3 thousand 836 schools, which have been prepared for the 203 thousand places for the graders.
