As part of the accession of Tajikistan to the Apostille Convention, the Project of a Single Electronic Registry Apostille «e-Apostille» has been implemented.  With this system, fully adapted to modern conditions, concerned citizens have the opportunity to quickly verify the authenticity of the origin of the documents through the website www.Apostille.tj.  Single Electronic Registry System of Apostilles allowed the competent authorities to automate the process and speed up the procedure for authentication of the origin of the documents.

Electronic Registry enables the authentication of documents anywhere in the world via the Internet, which, in turn, provides security and guarantee on the international level.  The new system not only simplifies the procedure of the certificate, but also guarantees the authenticity of origin of the document, for further use of the document abroad.

It should be noted that Tajikistan is one of the first countries that launched the newest system – Single Electronic Registry Apostille.  At the moment, the system of electronic registry does not operate in all member-states of the Convention.
