DUSHANBE, February 2, 2016, Asia-Plus – Tajik President Emomali Rahmon has introduced a number of staff changes, the Tajik president’s official website reported on February 2.

Muzaffar Ashouriyon, formerly head of the Human Rights Department at President’s Executive Office, was appointed First Deputy Head of President’s Executive Office.

Ghulomjon Bobozoda was appointed to head the Department for International Relations at President’s Executive Office.

Nizomiddin Zohidi, who had previously served as Deputy Foreign Minister, was appointed First Deputy Foreign Minister.

Mahmadsharif Haqdod, formerly Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), was appointed Deputy Foreign Minister, replacing Nizomiddin Zohidi.

First Deputy Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ms. Lola Bobohojiyeva, was retired for age reason.

She was replaced with Ms. Saida Umarzoda.

Sharifjon Jumazoda, formerly head of the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, was appointed to head the Hisor district, replacing Usmon Rahmonzoda.

Nusratullo Ayubzoda was appointed chairperson of the Shahrinav district, replacing Ismatullo Hokimzoda.

Hokimzoda was relieved of his post of chairperson of the Shahrinav district in connection with transfer to other job.
