The 54-year-old resident of Dushanbe’s Shohmansour district has been arrested on suspicion of organizing a network of dens in the city, according to the Interior Ministry’ website.  

On July 24, he provided lodging to the 28-year-old man and the 29-year-old woman for intimate date.  For this, he took 1,000 Russian rubles from them.  

In early July, the suspect reportedly opened the recreation salon on the Nazarshoyev Street and was providing it to couples for intimate dates.  For this, he was taking 140 somoni from a couple.

Besides, he opened the beauty salon on the Ayni Street and he took 100 somoni from a couple for intimate date in that salon, the website said.  

Criminal proceedings have been instituted against him and an investigation is under way.
