A brutal murder has occurred in the Shugnan district of the Gorno Badakhshan Autonomous Region (GBAO).  Resident of Khorog, Nekrouz D, has fired at his brother’s widow, her mother and his underage nephew for an apartment they inherited from his late brother.

The tragedy too place Thursday (October 5) night.  Nekrouz D. came to the village of Porshnev where his relatives lived and started dispute over an inheritance of his late brother.

Earlier, a court had ruled that his late brother’s apartment in Khorog would be devolved to his widow and his son.  The man did not agree with the ruling handed down by the court.
