President Emomali Rahmon, who is also the Head of the Government, introduced a number of staff changes yesterday, shaking up municipal officials and savings bank’s top managers.

By government’s decrees Ms. Shahlo Sayfzoda and Mr. Firdavs Rizvonzoda were appointed deputy heads of Amonatbonk (Tajikistan’s savings bank). 

Ms. Sayram Baqozoda was appointed deputy head of the Committee for TV and Radio-broadcasting under the Government of Tajikistan.  

Mr. Ardasher Mirzozoda was appointed deputy head of the Directorate for Safety of Works in Industry and Mining under the Government of Tajikistan.

Hokimsho Bobozoda was appointed to head the Entrepreneurship Support Fund under the Government of Tajikistan.

Bakhtiyor Nazirmadzoda was appointed the first deputy head of the Export Development Agency under the Government of Tajikistan.       

Umed Gurezzoda, who had previously served as First Deputy Mayor of Bokhtar, the capital of Khatlon Province, was appointed Deputy Mayor of Dushanbe.
