Issues related to collaboration between the Dushanbe Police Department and Nanjing Public Security Department (China) were discussed here on May 10, according to the Tajik Interior Ministry’s website.  

The two sides reportedly discussed issues related to exchange of experience in establishing relations between police and population, combating organized crime and establishing cultural ties between the two countries.  

Besides, they discussed issues of combating cybercrime as well as retraining Tajik police officers at the training centers of the Nanjing Public Security Department.  

The Nanjing Public Security Department provided 2 million somoni worth of technical assistance to the Dushanbe Police Department.   

The assistance includes one bus, one all-terrain vehicle and other technical equipment and communications facilities.
