Compared to this year the revenue part of the Dushanbe budget for 2020 is expected to rise more than 30 percent.  

Members of Dushanbe local council (Majlis) have endorsed the city’s budget for 2020.  The budget’s revenues are projected to stand next year at 3.150 billion somoni, which is 1.3 billion somoni more compared to this year, according to the Dushanbe Administration press center. 

Presided over by Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali, a session of the Dushanbe Majlis took place on December 23.  

It was noted at the session that 62 new enterprises have been introduced into operation in the city this year, creating 810 new jobs.  

Speaking at the session, they mayor expressed gratitude to members of the Dushanbe legislature for the work carried out this year, the Dushanbe Administration press center said.
