A little known charity Sitorai Faizbakhsh has donated ten ambulances equipped with the state-of-the-art medical devices to Dushanbe hospitals.  

An official handover of the ambulances to the Dushanbe Directorate of Health and Social Protection of the Population took place on February 12.  

Attempts by Asia-Plus to learn more about Sitorai Faizbakhsh have barely yielded results. 

It is only known that the mentioned charity in June last year donated three ambulances to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population and provided assistance (food products, medicines and facilities for personal hygiene)  to Tajik nationals stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to the coronavirus crisis.   

A source close to the Dushanbe mayor’s office told Asia-Plus that on the basis of anonymity that he Sitorai Faizbakhsh Charity is managed by persons close to Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali.
