President Emomali Rahmon, who is also Head of the Government, replaced a number of government officials yesterday, according to the Tajik president’s official website.

By government’s regulation Mr. Firouz Sharifzoda was appointed the First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate for the Protection of State Secrets under the Government of Tajikistan. 

By another government’s regulation the Deputy Head of the Main Directorate for the Protection of State Secrets Mr. Muhammad Safarzoda was retired for age reasons.   

Ms. Dilnoza Ahmadzoda, who had previously served as the Deputy Director of the Civil Service Agency under the President of Tajikistan, was appointed the Deputy Director of the Main Directorate for the Protection of State Secrets, replacing Muhammad Safarzoda.

By government’s regulation Ms. Hilolbi Qurbonzoda, who had previously served as the Head of the Committee for Family and Women’s Affairs under the Government of Tajikistan, was appointed the Deputy Director of the Civil Service Agency, replacing Ms. Dilnoza Ahmadzoda.
