“The main objective of the program is in defeating terrorism in the bud, creating the preconditions to ensure that there are no manifestations of terrorism in principle,” RANEPA Pro-Rector Andrey MArgolin was quoted as saying.

“The Academy already has positive experience in implementing such educational programs in Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan,” Margolin said.  начнется уже в мае 2024 года, первый набор составит 30 человек.

Students are reportedly recruited by Tajikistan's Academy of Public Administration jointly with the RANEPA.
