President Emomali Rahmon, who is also Head of the Government, introduced a number of staff changes yesterday, according to the Tajik president’s official website.

By president’s decree Jabbor Nosirzoda, who had previously served as First Deputy Minister of Agriculture, was appointed acting mayor of Hisor City, replacing Qosim Rahbar.

Qosim Rahbar had served as Mayor of Hisor City since January 2022. 

By president’s decree Ibrohim Bilol was relieved of his post of Chairman of Dushanbe’s Shohmansour District in connection with transfer to another job.  

By another president’s decree Safar Mahmadsho was appointed acting Chairman of Dushanbe’s Shohmansour District.  

By government’s decree Iislomiddin Rahmon was appointed to head the Antimonopoly Agency under the Government of Tajikistan. 

By government’s decree Firdavs Jalolzoda was appointed Deputy Director of the Agency for Social Insurance and Pensions under the Government of Tajikistan, replacing Alamkhon Naimi. 

By government’s decree Zoir Rahmonzoda was appointed Rector of the Technological University of Tajikistan.
