Tcell, one of the leading telecom companies in Tajikistan, has partnered with MBAcademy, the management and business academy under the National Association of Managers and Marketers (NAMM), to foster the development of managerial competencies.

The companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on mutual understanding and cooperation, which is aimed at strengthening corporate culture, promoting modern educational solutions, and enhancing the professional growth of Tcell’s team.

The primary goal of this collaboration is the accreditation of Tcell’s corporate platform, Tcell Business Academy, as part of the MBA program.  This step will not only bolster the internal employee development system but also integrate it into the national business education ecosystem.

During the signing ceremony, a Matrix of Events for 2025 was approved, outlining the following key initiatives:

  • Educational initiatives and promotion of the MBA program
  • Cross-marketing projects
  • Youth engagement and leadership development
  • Media support and knowledge management
  • Utilization of the infrastructure and resources of both parties

Tcell’s CEO, Ozodkhon Davlatshoyev, highlighted the importance of the partnership: “Tajikistan’s economy is growing, the business environment is evolving, and the volume of tasks in our company is increasing.  All of this requires modern managerial approaches and a strong team.  By developing educational initiatives, we are investing in Tcell’s future and the professional growth of our employees.”

The event also featured the presentation of copies of the book "Anatomy of Business" from the "Business Essentials 360" series, celebrating Tcell’s 25th anniversary.  This publication marks the first collaborative project between Tcell and MBAcademy and symbolizes the synergy between business and education.

“The modern business mindset demands new approaches and flexibility.  We are delighted to support the development of Tcell’s human resources and share best practices in business education,” stated the Chairman of NAMM and Rector of MBAcademy.

Through this collaboration, Tcell and MBAcademy aim to cultivate a new generation of managers who are ready to thrive in the digital economy.
