DUSHANBE, July 20, 2013, Asia-Plus – On Friday July 19, President Emomali Rahmon signed a number of laws passed by Tajikistan’s lower house (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament this year, according to the Tajik president’s official website.
The president, in particular, signed the laws on audit activities, education, mountain areas of Tajikistan, and economic management and biological assets.
He also signed a number of laws requiring amendments to the country’s constitutional laws on courts, prosecutors and legal status of members of local councils of GBAO, regions, Dushanbe, cities and districts.
