DUSHANBE, August 17, 2013 Asia-Plus – On August 16, Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi met here with Ms. Rebeca Grynspan, Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Associate Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

According to the MFA information department, the two exchanged views on cooperation between Tajikistan and the United Nations agencies and the process of implementation of the UNDP-sponsored projects in Tajikistan.

Zarifi and Grynspan reportedly also discussed issues related to preparations for the High-Level International Conference on Water Cooperation that will take place in Dushanbe from August 20-21.
