DUSHANBE, September 17, 2013, Asia-Plus — Members of Tajikistan’s lower house (Majlisi Namoyandagon) are continuing to hold meetings with their electors.

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, say electros in the southern Khatlon province have complained to parliamentarians mostly about low wages and pensions as well as problems regarding allotment of lands for housing.

“Following the meetings, parliamentarians will prepare detailed information for the government on the main problems existing in the provinces,” Sultonov said.
