The head of the Veterans’ Association of antiterrorism division "Alpha" Sergei Goncharov told why the new war Minister of Islamic state Gulmurod Halimov, who has served in Tajik riot squad, is so danger.

As reported the National news service, citing the experts, the new leader of ISIL was trained in the USSR, studying the tactics of Soviet Special Forces, and then passed a suitable training in the USA. This means that he has the ability to use any of these tactics against his opponents.

Sergei Goncharov believes that such appointment is a great honor for the person from Central Asian republic. And he expressed assumption that the ranks of ISIL will increasingly be replenished by immigrants from the republics of Central Asia.

On the eve it became known that a native of Tajikistan Gulmurod Halimov was chosen as the new military leader of ISIL. Khalimov was a commander of Tajik Riot, and then was accused of treason. He became War Minister after the death of Tarkhan Batirashvili, nicknamed Abu Umar al-Shishani, who previously held this position.
