Some areas of Tajik capital will be left without electricity for several hours today in connection with routine maintenance work on power stations in these areas, according to the Dushanbe electricity supply networks.
“Today, electricity supply will be cut off to Tursunzoda, Azizbekov, Qurbonov, Poulodi, Badakhshan, Jomi, Nabiyev, Borbad and Furuzon streets from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in connection with routine maintenance work,” said an official source at the Dushanbe electricity supply networks. “Besides, electricity supply will be cut off to the Qarotegin, Kamol, Chanori Emom, Gulbutta, Gulparvar, Krupskaya and Somon neighborhoods.”
It is to be noted that maintenance work on power substations in the Tajik capital has been carried out since the beginning of the year.
