A government session, presided over by President Emomali Rahmon, took place on May 31. 

According to the Tajik president’s official website, the head of state ordered relevant bodies to take adequate measures to ensure the regular work of the country's economy during autumn-winter 2019-2020, lossless harvesting, and increase in agricultural exports.

Emomali Rahmon also ordered relevant bodies to provide financial assistance to vulnerable people on the occasion of Ramadan.  

The head of the Tourism Development Committee under the Government of Tajikistan, Numon Abdughafforzoda, reported on the process of implementation of Tourism Development Program designed for 2018-2020 and the Plan of Actions for Implementation of the Tourism Development Strategy designed for 2019-2022.    

The session also discussed the procedure of return of funds by young specialists who had studied abroad at the expense of the national budget, the president’s official website said
