President Emomali Rahmon has introduced staff changes in the State Committee for National Security and the Interior Ministry, according to the Tajik president’s official website.  Besides, a judge in a curt in Dushanbe’s Sino district has been fired for bribery.

By government’s decree Firouz Kamolov, who had previously served as head of the Committee for Food Security under the Government of Tajikistan, was appointed first deputy chief of the State Committee for National Security.

By another government’s decree Muhammadsaid Faizullozoda was appointed to head the Committee for Food Security under the Government of Tajikistan.  

Staff changes have also been introduced in the Interior Ministry in agreement with the president.

The head of the “Muhofiz” State Service under the Interior Ministry, the head of the Interior Ministry Directorate for Juvenile Crime Prevention and chiefs of police stations in Dushanbe’s Shohmansour and Sino districts were replaced.   

Chiefs of Interior Ministry’s offices in Qubodiyon, Baljuvon, Hamadoni, Dousti and Lakhsh districts as well as the city of Istiqlol were also replaced.  

Besides, by president’s decree, a judge at a court in Dushanbe’s Sino district, Ms. Rukhshona Rahmonalizoda, was dismissed for misconduct discrediting judge’s honor and dignity.  She was reportedly caught red-handed while taking bribe.  

By another president’s decree Umedjon Rahmatjoni was relieved of his post of judge at a court in the city of Buston (Sughd province).
