On May 6, a 17-year-old resident of the village of Majnun in the Devashtich district (formerly Ganchi) drowned in a local river towards evening.

“He grazed cattle and drowned when he was covered with mudflow in a local river”, he press service of the CoES of Tajikistan reports.

The mudflow, which arose after heavy rains, also partially destroyed the bridge on the territory of the above-mentioned village.
