A 36-year-old resident of Dushanbe Ahmad Qarayev has been sentenced to administrative detention for cursing at his elderly mother, according to the Dushanbe Police Department press center.
Being in a state of drunkenness Qarayev was swearing at his elderly mother on the street. “He humiliated the human dignity of his mother and neighbors turned to the police,” the Dushanbe Police Department press center said.
By ruling handed down by a court in Dushanbe’s Firdavsi district Ahmad Qarayev was reportedly sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest.
