President Emomali Rahmon and Dushanbe Mayor Rustam Emomali today inaugurated a number of social and economic facilities in Dushanbe.

At first, the head of state inaugurated a new building of the Dushanbe Medical College.

Construction of this five-story building for the Medical College began in 2014, and 3,500 students now can simultaneously study at the Dushanbe Medical College, according to the Tajik president’ official website.

Besides, a new kindergarten officially opened at the Dushanbe International School today.

The construction of the kindergarten, which can accommodate 120 children of preschool age, has been financed by local entrepreneur Sherali Kholov   

Today, the president and the Dushanbe mayor also attended an official opening ceremony of a refrigerated warehouse that had been built at the Dushanbe Farmers Trading Center.

The construction of the refrigerated warehouse with capacity of storing 3,000 tons of vegetables and fruits has been financed by local businesswoman Firouza Masiyeva.
