DUSHANBE, April 2, 2009, Asia-Plus  — On April 1, Prime Minister Oqil Oqilov held a meeting to discuss preparations for autumn-winter 2009-2010, according to presidential press service.

The meeting participants included heads of relevant ministries and organizations.  They, in particular, considered a plan of actions to ensure regular work of the country”s economy during the autumn-winter period.

Speaking at the meeting, the prime minister noted that the country produced on average some 60 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) during the period, the press service said.
