On September 15, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received at the Palace of Nation Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov, Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu and Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia Dmitry Kozak.
They arrived in Tajikistan to participate in a meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
