The government of Tajikistan has adopted the procedure for issuing compensation to citizens whose work is related to state secrets.

«Monthly compensation to the official salary (tariff rate) is paid to citizens working directly in the regime-secret body of state bodies and organizations», – says in a document published on the legal information portal of the Ministry of Justice.

Also, compensation is due to employees of the authorized state body for the protection of state secrets, working on an ongoing basis with state secrets.

It is noted that compensation is paid at the expense of the payroll in the prescribed manner from the date of appointment of a citizen to the appropriate position.

The amount of monthly compensation to the official salary will be set at 15% per month.
