A man has been fined after being caught on video at the time of beating his infant son.

The press center of the Dushanbe Police Department says a video shown a man beating a child appeared on social networks on October 10.

This caused a storm of indignation from users of social networks who requested the law enforcement agencies to take measures.

The Dushanbe Police Department says that as a result of the operational search activities, the man was identified the 47-year-old resident of the Hamadoni district (Khatlon province) temporarily residing in Dushanbe Zikriyo Odinyev.

The man was taken to police station, where he said that he has four children in marriage with an ex-wife; two of them two are in his care.

Relevant materials have been drawn up against the man.  He was fined and strictly warned to provide and raise his children properly.

According to Odinayev, he beat the child because he was capricious and his nerves gave out.

In a new video, the man asks for forgiveness and promises that this will not happen again.
