DUSHANBE, September 26, Asia-Plus — On September 22, Oxfam GB distributed non-food items for the 130 most affected households by the earthquake of Zamini Nav village of Jamoat Panj, Qumsangir district.

A source in the Oxfam Dushanbe Office said that each 130 households have received a box with the kitchen sets and 3 blankets.  

The distribution process has been done house to houses, which assured accurate delivery and gratification from the community. 

This was the first step of Oxfam GB in Qumsangir response, and in the next step Oxfam GB is planning to reconstruct the most affected houses with the cooperation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
