“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemns the bombing of Al-Ahli Hospital in Palestine, which resulted in the death and injury of many people, including children and women,” says a statement released by Tajikistan’s Foreign Ministry on October 18.
“Civilian facilities, especially hospitals, should not be attacked under any circumstances and should be a safe place to serve the population in all conditions.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan expresses its condolences to the relatives of the killed and wishes for a full recovery to the injured, strongly condemns the acts of violence and calls on the parties for an immediate cease fire and start dialogue in order to stabilize the situation,” the statement says.
Palestinian officials say at least 500 people were killed in an Israeli air raid on Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza.
Meanwhile, IRNA reported on October 18 that the Ministry of Health of the State of Palestine has announced that the number of Palestinian civilians killed by Israeli forces has increased to 3,200.
