DUSHANBE, November 3, 2010, Asia-Plus  – A regular drug related crime prevented in Sughd District of Tajikistan.

A 35-year-old U.U. was arrested yesterday in Chkalovsk in the course of a regular special operation. The arrested drug dealer has previous criminal records (article 201 – illegal turnover of drugs and psychotropic agents), the Tajik Ministry of Interior told the AP.

“Drug dealer was arrested with 2,856kg of hashish,” the source has said.

A criminal case was launched under article 200 (illegal turnover of drugs and psychotropic agents for sale purposes) of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan.
