DUSHANBE, September 3, 2010, Asia-Plus — President Emomali Rahmon is receiving a delegation of the Japanese House of Representatives today afternoon, according to presidential press service.
The sides are expected to discuss issues related to state and prospects of further expansion of bilateral mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and Japan.
The MFA information department reports the delegation of the Japanese House of Representatives, led by Mr. Muneo Suzuki, the chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, arrived in Dushanbe today for a three-day visit. The delegation is scheduled to hold meetings with a number of high-ranking Tajik state officials.
