KHUJAND, August 13, 2010, Asia-Plus – / Office Prosecutor of Panjakent has laid a criminal case against the director of branch of microcredit fund «Imon International».
As Department of Internal Affairs of Sughd region has informed «AP», the Office Prosecutor of Panjakent town has laid a criminal case under item 245 p. 4 (Assignment or peculation, made in the large size) CC of RТ against the director of branch «Imon Intarnational» 38-year-old Aslam Shodiev.
According to the source, it has been established that A.Shodiev from September 13 till March , 2010, functioning as a director of branch of microcredit company, has appropriated from the cash desk a sum of money total 129 thousand 949 somoni.
On the given fact the Office Prosecutor continues a investigation.
