KHUDJAND, August 13, 2010, Asia-Plus – Director of Isfaras’ enterprise “Angisht” and his worker – workshop manager of finished goods are suspected of appropriation of large sum of money.
As the Management Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of RТ in Sogd region has informed «AP», it was assigned that the director of JSC “Angisht” of Isfara town Hakim Mahmudov (he has been involved earlier in a criminal responsibility for corruption crimes) and the the manager of the workshop of finished goods Majid Valiev, in preliminary collusion have appropriated the money, received from sale of production, at a rate of 68 thousand somoni.
There was laid a criminal information against them under item 245 (Assignment or peculation, performed in a large sum) is brought by CC of RТ. The given case is submitted to court after pronouncement of bill of indictment.
