As it has become clear during the investigation of the criminal case launched against former head of the gynecology department of Sughd regional clinical hospital Rano Tursunova under article 319 part 2 (bribery) and article 316 part 2 (abuse of power) of the Criminal Code of Tajikistan, the arrested doctor was also involved in newborn baby trade, the Department of Interior for Sughd district told the AP.
