DUSHANBE, January 30, 2010, Asia-Plus — A new bulk of computers will be distributed to schools in Tajikistan in February, according to Ministry of Education (MoE).
The source at a MoE said that 4 million somoni had been allocated from president’s reserve fund for purchase of computers. According to him, the country has reached 76 percent of the school computerization program target to this day.
“The ministry of education plans to work out new school computerization program for 2011-2013 this year,” he added.
According to the Ministry of Finance (MoF), president’s reserve fund last year provided 45.7 million somoni to support various socioeconomic development projects of the country.
