President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov received a congratulatory New Year message from the Prime Minister of Russia, Vladimir Putin. The message was published in the central Turkmen media.
“The dialogue between Russia and Turkmenistan is based on strong traditions of friendship and mutual sympathy and respect. It benefits the peoples of our countries, promotes stability and security in Central Asia,” the head of Russia”s government emphasized in his message.
“I am confident that in the coming year the bilateral partnership will flourish in trade, economy, energy, scientific, technological, cultural and other fields,” Vladimir Putin”s message says.
