DUSHANBE, October 30, 2009, Asia-Plus — The National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) has announced a tender for conducting audit of NBT’s financial reporting for period from May to December 2009, the NBT press service reports.
The main objective of conducting of external audit is, first of all, in demonstrating transparency of activity of Tajik central bank to international financial institutions.
Audit companies must submit all necessary documents to the NBT until December 10 this year and the company that will win the tender will be granted a contract for conducting the audit starting from the beginning of the next year.
Preference will be given to internationally known companies, press service said.
