DUSHANBE, September 29, 2009, Asia-Plus — Tajik Defense Minister, Colonel-General Sherali Khairulloyev, yesterday left for Moscow, according to the Ministry of Defense (MoD).
The source at a MoD said that during his stay in Moscow, Khairulloyev would hold talks with Russian defense authorities to discuss military and technical cooperation between the two countries.
In the course of the talks, the sides will also consider issues related to training of military personnel for Tajik national army at Russia’s military schools, the source said.
