Tajikistan national under-22 football team to take part in the ASEAN Football Championship due in Malasia. Group C matches – Tajikistan, Bahrain, Iran, Maldives and Qatar – will be held from June 23 to July 2.
Since all national teams refused to host the group, Asian Football Confederation decided to host the tournament in Kuala-Lumpur.
Two best teams will compete in the final round, which is due on January 11-26, 2014. This is the first ever Asian Under-22 Football Championship which is carried out by the Asian Football Confederation.
