KONIBODOM, July 12, Asia-Plus — An explosion took place on the Yangiyer-Ferghana gas pipeline near the village of Ravat in the Tajik northern  district of Konibodom, according to information from “Konibodomgaz” (gas company). 

No damage or injured was reported, according to the source.  Firefighting services are currently working in the site of the accident to extinguish the fire.  The traffic was suspended for 35-40 minutes after the accident.
