DUSHANBE, February 16, Asia-Plus – Issues related to strengthening of military discipline were discussed at a February 15 meeting of President Emomali Rahmonov with heads of power-wielding structures and senior representatives from president’s executive office.   

According to presidential press service, the meeting also considered issues of supporting the Agency for Provision with Special Property at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MoEDT) as well as improving living and service level of military servicemen.  

Abdufattoh Sharipov, a spokesman for the president, said that one of major topics of the meeting was also the issue of training of officers for the country’s power-wielding structures abroad.
