DUSHANBE, January 10, Asia-Plus  — “Remarks of the president on the law on wadset (real estate mortgage) quite necessary and important,” Ismoil Talbakov, deputy of the Majlisi Namoyandagon (Tajikistan’s lower chamber of parliament), said in an interview with Asia-Plus.

According to him, the remarks concern Articles 1, 15 and 44.  The most important of them are remarks on Articles 15 and 44.

“The president, in particular, suggests that a procedure of registration of estate should be simplified,” Talbakov said.

We will recall that the president on January 5 returned the laws on mortgage, wadset (real estate mortgage) and amendments to the tax code as requiring improvement.

PM refrained from giving further details, noting that he received president’s remarks on the laws only yesterday and he have not yet familiarized himself with them properly.
