DUSHANBE, April 15, Asia-Plus  — The board (Shuro) of Tajikistan’s lower chamber (Majlisi Namoyandagon) of parliament considered a draft law on the right of access to information at an April 14 meeting presided over by its speaker, Saydullo Khairulloyev. 

Muhammadato Sultonov, a spokesman for the Majlisi Namoyandagon, said that the board had also considered bills on commercial secret and state social order and draft amendments to the laws on self-government bodies in settlements and villages, licensing certain types of activities safety, courts and agreement on division of property and state duties as well as well as the land, criminal criminal-procedural, tax, customs and administrative codes.  

Some of these issues will be considered at the next sitting of fourth session of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the third convocation on April 16, Sultonov said.
