DUSHANBE, July 31, 2008, Asia-Plus  — The Orian Group of Companies, based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has provided $6,000 to sponsor participation of Tajik team in Paralympics in Beijing, China.  

According to the Orian Group, having signed a contract, the company has become a general sponsor of Tajik Para-Olympic athletes.  “The company is currently considering the issue of providing further assistance to the Tajik Para-Olympic team,” the source said.  

The 2008 Paralympics Games well be held in Beijing from September 8-18 and 6 disabled athletes will represent Tajikistan in the Paralympics Games that is expected to bring together more than 4,000 disabled athletes.    

Owner of the Orian Group of Companies is Muhammad Roziq Nematov, native of Tajikistan.  The company now successfully works on real estate, consulting and motor markets.
