(Third View) has been published in Khujand.

This social-political publication has been founded by known local journalist Bobojon Ikromov.  It is the first private newspaper in the Russian language in northern Tajikistan.

The first issue contains materials about the most important political and economic events taking place in Sughd and other regions of Tajikistan as well as the latest developments in neighboring Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
